On April 27, 2024, 2024 5th International Academic Conference on Mechatronics Technology and Intelligent Manufacturing (ICMTIM 2024) was successfully held in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province. The conference was hosted by Nanjing Tech University, College of Electrical Engineering and Control Science, Nanjing Tech University, co-organized by China University of Mining and Technology, Hohai University, Jiangsu Province Automation Society, the conference was successfully held in the form of online + offline combination.

The opening ceremony was officially opened at 9 am on the 27th, presided over by Professor Gu Zhou, director of the Department of Mechanical and Electronic Engineering of Nanjing Forestry University, and the representative conference warmly welcomed the arrival of experts and scholars.

Professor Shen Moquan, director of the Faculty Committee of the School of Electrical Engineering and Control Science of Nanjing University of Technology, said at the opening ceremony of the meeting that he hoped that the convening of this conference can promote the academic development and experience in the field of mechronics technology and intelligent manufacturing, collision sparks of scientific and technological innovation, and wish the conference a successful convening.



Keynote report of ICMTIM 2024 



The conference invited Professor Chi Ronghu from Qingdao University of Science and Technology, Professor Yang Xianyi from the University of Guelph in Canada, Professor Chen Qiang from Zhejiang University of Technology, Professor Shen Moquan from Nanjing University of Technology and Professor Zhu Song from China University of Mining and Technology to make exciting presentations and carry out discussions on the latest research areas of "Mechatronics technology" and "intelligent manufacturing". The participating experts exchanged the latest research results and advanced experience in the development of the industry, and shared their unique insights on the development trend and research and development direction of the industry.

演讲题目:永磁直线电机的数据驱动学习控制方法学

Data-driven Learning Control for Permanent Magnet Linear Motor

Professor Ji Ronghu proposed a data-driven learning control method based on extended state observer (ESO). Iterative dynamic linearization is used to process complex and unknown PMLM nonlinear dynamic systems, and iterative ESO is used to estimate non-repetitive perturbations. The proposed learning control law can use PMLM repetitive running features to learn the previous control knowledge. The approach presented in the report is data-driven and does not require the complex mechanistic model information of PMLM. The report gives a detailed report from the aspects of problem description, algorithm design, theoretical analysis and simulation research.

Professor Yang Xianyi started with a very simple introduction to biology-inspired computational neurodynamics algorithms and their applications to early vision and sensorimotor in biological systems. On this basis, the neurodynamic intelligent control of various underwater autonomous robot systems is introduced, such as real-time path planning, tracking and control of underwater autonomous robot systems. And intelligent navigation and collaboration of multi-robot systems.

Professor Chen Qiang explained that the servo system has the characteristics of unknown parameters, inaccurate model and strong nonlinearity, which brings serious challenges to the design of control system. Intelligent adaptive control, which combines the advantages of intelligent learning and adaptive control, is considered as one of the effective methods to solve the control problem of nonlinear uncertain systems. At the same time, the research work of the research group on adaptive learning control of servo system preset time and the preliminary results have been briefly introduced.

演讲题目:数据驱动事件触发优化控制

Data-driven event-triggered optimal control

Professor Moquan Shen discusses the problem of data-driven event-triggered optimization control for nonlinear systems. Firstly, based on the revised index introduced, two kinds of optimal data-driven control laws are presented by adaptive dynamic programming method and Q-learning algorithm respectively. Then, two novel event triggering mechanisms are constructed using instantaneous and average data and performance cost respectively. Then, sufficient conditions are proposed to ensure the final uniform boundedness of the closed-loop error system. Finally, some examples are given to verify the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.

Stability of Dynamic Memristor Cellular Neural Networks with Time Delay

Professor Song Zhu introduced that compared with ordinary neural networks, dynamic memristor neural networks have one outstanding advantage: when the steady state is reached, all the voltages, currents and power consumption of dynamic memristor neural networks disappear, and the memristor can be used as a non-volatile memory to store the calculation results. His latest progress on stability of dynamic memristor neural networks with time delay is described in detail, including stability (single stability, multi-stability) and some results of event-triggered synchronization.

At 2 PM on the 27th, the morning meeting continued, and in the afternoon, under the chairing of Professor Zheng Bochao, deputy dean of the School of Automation of Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology, scholars from different universities and institutes made oral reports on their professional research results in an orderly manner.
